Questions you probably have.

How accurate is the OCR?
We use Claude Sonnet 4.6 Vision (Anthropic). On standard US/UK printed receipts: 99.2% accuracy. On handwritten or crumpled receipts: 95%+. You can always review and edit before exporting the CSV — nothing auto-pushes to QuickBooks.
What file formats are supported?
JPG, PNG, HEIC (iPhone photos), WEBP, PDF, and multi-page TIFF. Drag a folder, we sort it. Maximum 100 files per batch.
Does it integrate directly with QuickBooks?
Today: download CSV → one-click import in QuickBooks Online or Xero (both support standard 3-column CSV). Direct API integration is on the roadmap for Q3 2026 — founding customers get it included.
Why lifetime pricing instead of subscription?
Because every bookkeeper I talked to said Dext's monthly bill is the worst part. The cost of running ReceiptHawk per customer is roughly $15/year (mostly Claude API). We make our money on the gap between $497 and that.
What if I exceed 5,000 receipts a month?
Upgrade to Pro ($997, 10,000 / mo) by paying the difference. Or add overage in $97 per 5,000-receipt blocks. We'll email you at 80% usage so you're never blocked mid-month.
Can my team use the same account?
Yes. Unlimited team members. We don't charge per seat — that's the whole point.
What happens after the first 10 founding slots?
Price doubles to $997 immediately. We'll mark the founding slots taken on the homepage. Original 10 keep their pricing forever, including all future updates.
Is my client receipt data secure?
Each firm gets an isolated workspace (Postgres row-level security + per-folder storage). Receipts processed by Anthropic's API are not used for training. We retain processed receipts for 90 days, then auto-delete. You can purge anytime from settings.
